Donald C. Allred
Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer
Donald “Donnie” C. Allred, son of Vivian C. and Grady Allred, Sr., became Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer of K&W Cafeterias, Inc. in July 2005. Working along side his father and other family members, Allred “officially” joined the family business in 1967, at the age of nineteen. He served as the company’s vice president for twenty-four years.

R. Leo Sasaki
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Leo Sasaki is the Vice President of Finance and Administration for K&W Cafeterias, Inc. He joined K&W in April 1976 as the controller of the company’s corporate office. Ten years later, Sasaki was promoted to Vice President of Finance and became an officer.
Sasaki graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 1969. Originally from California, Sasaki and his wife reside in Winston-Salem, NC.

Jeffrey S. Loken
Regional Vice President
Jeffrey “Jeff” S. Loken was appointed Regional Vice President in March 2005. He began his career with K&W in 1991, as a Manager Trainee and became a cafeteria General Manager four years later. In January 2000, Loken was promoted to District Manager over three cafeterias.
Originally from Wisconsin, Loken moved to North Carolina after serving in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg.

Robert D. Cox
Regional Vice President
Robert “Rob” D. Cox is a Regional Vice President for K&W Cafeterias, Inc. Cox began working for K&W in 1987, as a waiter while attending high school in Roanoke, Virginia. By the age of 22, Cox had completed the management trainee program and within three years was a general manager. In 2003, he was promoted to district manager, covering five cafeterias. He was named Regional Vice President in March 2005.
